SUPERVISOR MEETING

AGENDA

• Look at the Draft SPMP
  

• Discuss possible revisions to the SPMP

NOTES

• Each of the members that attended the meeting know what parts they need to revise
• We need to bring the SPMP more in line with the marking guide
• Basically Sita went through the whole of the marking guide and let us know what changes and additions need to be made
• Sita emphasised the point that Kathleen isn't too worried about the final output of a process, but the actual process itself
• For example in the Risk Management, focus more on the process of risk management (what do we do when a risk pops up), go through the process that is taken
• SPMP will be needed to be in by Friday next week
• So we need the sections into dylan before that (say wednesday next week)

ACTION

• Get your sections of the SPMP done and sent to Dylan by Wednesday next week
• So that the final SPMP can be handed in on Friday next week (check the calender for deadlines)
• Get started on the sections of the SRS
• As per today's other meeting minutes
• Any spare time spend on testing out scripts in SL
