SHORT MEETING

AGENDA

• Catch up on what needs to be done this week by each team member
  

ABSENTEES - NIL

NOTES

• During the lecture it was determined that revisions will need to be made to the SPMP
• Over the next 2 weeks revisions will be made to the SPMP
• Each team member will revise their designated section of the SPMP
• All revisions need to be done and added to the master copy by 1st friday (28/3/08) of the break
• Need to add communication plan to the SPMP
  
• Need to get the website uploaded

ACTION

• All team members work on revising their allocated section of the SPMP
• Using the internal review notes and any notes from the supervisor meeting on Thursday
• These revisions must be added to the master copy
• So send all revisions that you make to Dylan, they then will be added to the master copy by Dylanaria
  
• Get the website uploaded
• Need to get help off other groups that have successfully uploaded there website
• Matt is working on this as webmaster
