Just a few updates –
- The draft has been submitted, really good job done by everyone - looks fantastic (especially considering it's just a draft).
- Please add yourselves to the calendar as we'll be using that a fair bit more from now on.
- The website should be going soon.
- I've contacted our 3 clients so we should have a meeting time for the hold soon.
- I'm encouraging everyone to come to next weeks meeting with Sita as we have not really had time to touch base and discuss the project with her as a team so this will be a fantastic opportunity.

I am now able to see your blogs, docs and calendar. Good work! I had a quick glance of your SPMP, which also looks good at the outset. I would recommend the team to come up with a detailed Gantt chart once the scope of the project is determined. Shall give more feedback during our next meeting.
