• Discuss the Design of the Project established at yesterday's meeting with Blake

NOTES

• There may be additional changes that need to be made the SPMP (from today's meeting with Sita)
• Everybody come to the meeting with Sita today
• We will be discussing the scope of the project with her (taken from yesterday's meeting with Blake)
• The Client Meeting in the second week of the holidays has been cancelled
• All Client members have seen the example videos (or have been email a link to them)
• Need to have some sort of a SRS draft by wednesday second week of the break
• Need to continue getting the revisions of the SPMP done
• Check out the example SRS's on the uob community website to help you do your section
  

ACTION

• Get your revisions of the SPMP done
• Also get your section of the SRS done and send it to Dylan by Wednesday of the second week fo the break
• Sections have been divided up as follows (taken from the sections of TOM's SRS)
