• Talk about the video section of the Presentation

• Help Charlynn move to new office
• Finish the parts of the presentation
• FRAPS for the video bit
• Each persons roles page
• updates to the SPMP to Dylan by monday 5th of may
• Guys involved in the video section of the presentation need to get that done tonight

ACTION

• Scan the updates to the SPMP and send to all team members
• Each team member then update your particular section by monday 5th may
• Finalize any updates to the SRS (Captions under the sections)
• Send Charlynn email with student numbers for the internet accounts
