SHORT MEETING

AGENDA

• Discuss the SADD
• Address the uploading of the minutes to the website
• Decide a common time to meet up in Second Life as a team
• Reminder about the Traceability Matrix for Dylan

ABSENTEES - NIL

NOTES

• Need to get the headings for the sections of the SADD done and send to Dylan
• So that he can get the Backbone of the Document right
• We need to get the minutes uploaded directly on the website
• Ben will use the publish function of google docs to give each minutes a URL - then just link to the site (no need to upload to the site)
• We will meet up in Second Life as a team to play around in the ABC sandbox on this Thursday at 8PM
• Need to create a group for our team in Second Life (called Critical Life)
• Then when the land is purchased, the University can add the group as admins and we will be able to build on the land
• Dylan needs to look into creating a Traceability Matrix document (he missed last week's meeting)

ACTION

• Meeting up in Second Life at the ABC island this Thursday at 8PM
• Use the blog to get our SL names and add each team member to your friends in Second Life
• Dylan
• Use the SRS lecture notes to find out exactly what the traceability matrix is, and start creating it
• Need to email the headings of the sections assigned to Dylan ASAP
