• eg. Have an object that says, "Now add to your personal log, Then proceed to Scenario 2"

• Clinical Simulation Operation (get the log/inventory/use the help/viewing room/entering clinic/get handover/scenario selector/cut - scene)

• Add 'says' the patients parts when the user clicks it tells them "Chest is pounding..."
