TEAM MEETING

AGENDA

• Matt to talk about the Test Plan
• Discuss new Land

ABSENTEES - Dylan, David

NOTES

• Matty to populate the Test cases for the test plan

• Include Uni computer tests

• Talk about what we are responsible for (in terms of the final product - eg we are not responsible for the integration of the virtual simulation into any University Unit)

• Be specific about what types of tests we are and aren't doing (and Why?)

• Main tests (Unit and System tests)

• Usability and Acceptance Tests will be important

• Week 6 Client meeting (need to get feedback from Client)

• Luke to set up a document to ask Blake about the functionality

• Module Scripted to show (Ben)

• At Least some cut-scene to show Blake (Chaddy and Joel)
• Need template for a User Acceptance Test

• Week 8 - Two scenarios (number 1 + 2) complete including cut-scene and User Docs
• So that we can get the user tests started

• User Acceptance Doc (so that the user can tell us how usable it is)

• One Section that asks about functionality (could you do this and that)
• One Section that asks about usability (Was the user docs helpful - the pointers)
• Feedback write any comments about the whole experience

• Need to put together Client Acceptance test

• So that Blake can tick through what is done

ACTION

• Matty to populate the Test Cases as stated above in the Notes section
• By Week 6's Client Meeting we need to have the three things as stated above
• By Week 8 we need to have the first two scenarios completed (the first 2) including the cut-scenes and user Docs (as stated above)

• Joel to email the change request thing (from last year) to adapt by Matty
• Dylan to get the Email of the project Group that he was talking about for the individual review (of docs)
• Dylan to have something done (video) from the User Docs to show Blake in Week 6 meeting
• Need to get cracking on the Youtube account (ben and Luke) - Next week
• SIGN OFF ON THE BLOG THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS
• Especially the absentees
