NOTES

• Meeting times will be – informally after lecture time on Monday (to catch up on what has been done and what needs to be done at the start of the week). Formal meeting at 9:30 am on Thursday each week (to catch up on what has been done this week and what needs to be done over the weekend)
• Some roles were roughly decided such as:
• Blog – handled by Dylan (used by everyone)
• Website – Chaddy
• Team logo – Joel
• Documentation – Dylan (includes templates for docs – may include Joel for templates)
• Modeling – Joel, Chaddy
• Scripting (in SL) – Ben, Luke, Matt?
• Research is very important in this project as all of us are very new to SL – research will be done by those who need it eg. Modellers will research into how that in done in SL, Scripters will research into how to script in SL, Documenters will research the templates and what is required in the documents
• Recording Sound may be required

ACTION

• Need to get the Tender Bid completed (to get this project) – individual team members need to complete there profiles for it
• Need to organise a first interview with the client (once we win the tender) – to find out full scope of the project
